Had a busy old day today, absolutely beasted the Squad this morning followed by an hour on the bike for me. Then spent most of the day sorting out the new Sports Bar.
Decided the Squad needed a wake up call so we did an outside session, basically sprinting, bouncing, hopping and jumping over the railway bridge. Having done it myself I can tell you it is seriously not nice!!!
